Port Island. A place where everything is probably more advanced than the apartment he lived in back in Tokyo. He forgot how many months he has spent being outside of his precinct and on a train heading to a different place as opposed to his office, so this is a nice change of pace.

"I want you to investigate a few things about the Apathy Syndrome."

At least, that's what they said to him before figuratively kicking him to this place.

Well, there's nothing he can do about it right now, except to just follow along...?]

[...He could feel Apollo being restless in the back of his head the second he stepped off the train, despite the fact that it had been dormant ever since he... returned from that world by a sheer miracle.]

[Said to himself, really. As who would even hear his whisper and notice his confused look.]

I don't mind. The school isn't that far from here.

[He's definitely ready to go! So, off they go!]

[As they walks, the school will eventually come into view. There's some student leaving the school, most likely because they don't have extracurricular activities, or just finished up work. Some girls notice them and start gossiping.

Who is that guy with Minato-kun?]

[apollos]

[...oh great, gossips. He sure as hell love them. Not. Whatever, he can totally deal with this, so when they reach the school's lobby.]

...Do you know someone going by the name Mitsuru Kirijo?

[Welp.]

[Well, this is interesting.]

Yes, I do. She's my senpai and the student council president.

[A general answer, something anyone that attends this school would know.]

Would you mind leading me to her?

["I have a lot of questions regarding this whole mess."]

[Mitsuru Kirijo is the student president with many obligations.

But he still lead Tatsuya to where he usually see her, in the hallway outside of the teacher's staffroom.]

[And possibly painless too if she cooperates.]

[Fortunately enough, Mitsuru is there! She looks over at them when she notice their approach, raising a brow slightly at Tatsuya. Who is this young man?]

Mitsuru-senpai.

"Can I help you, Arisato?"

Ah, Kirijo-san, if you don't mind, I have a few questions to ask of you.

[He's pretty much straight to the point.]

[She looks at him, mildly curious but nonetheless have a business-like tone to her voice.]

"I don't mind at all. Do you wish to speak in private?"

[apollos]

If it isn't a bother, yes. But I have a feeling your friend over here might know a few things regarding my questions.

[Ugh... The voices are starting to get louder, that ain't good at all.]

[Mitsuru and Minato briefly exchange a look, before turning their attention back to Tatsuya.]

"Alright. Follow me."

[Mitsuru will lead them to the empty student council's room. There's no meeting today, so they can have the room to themselves.]

[apollos]

[And after they are seated comfortably:]

Let's just cut to the chase to save some precious time for our Student Council president: What do you two know about the Apathy Syndrome?

[She frowned at his question. He comes to both of them and ask that question.]

"First of all, what do you know about the Apathy Syndrome so far?"

[Minato watch, staying calm and stoic as he watch his senpai take the lead.]

[apollos]

That everyone affected by it just... goes. Conscious, yet not conscious. They just stare blankly at any direction they're moving. I guess you can say that their soul's just... gone.

"I see."

[Mitsuru looks at him, before she asks.]

"Here is my next question: Why do you approach me?"
